Vertical External Vacuum Packaging Machine DZ(Q)-600L This packaging machine is an external-type vertical vacuum packing machine with a unique product construction design. It can be used directly on the users' own production lines. Advantage The sealing bar is made of anodized aluminium with a strip of silicone bar, and the bottom sealing uses impulse heating to seal the plastic bags. It is power-efficient, because it uses electric power only when it's heating. The whole frame is made of 304 stainless steel. Its working head can be freely raised and lowered to suit the product size, provided with PLC control system for control. Multiple special functions can be applied without restrictions. With powerfull vacuum pump the vacuum degree can be as close as possible to -99.9. Special designed vacuum nozzle help suck out the air in the bag.
