组合式夹紧式卧式试验台。两种类型可供选择:孔塞和比例压夹。最大反应功率3000吨。地下室配备了两辆升降机小车，能够支撑高达120吨的阀门。移动反应桥由两根螺旋柱(离土@30°)移动，确保在“孔塞”夹紧方式下阀体上完全没有外力。安装在固定桥上的液压缸允许对法兰阀门进行测试，使用按比例调节压紧力。这一特权使其符合最广泛的国际测试标准。试验台被设计插入一个被重型装甲防弹安全防线包围的测试坑中。在那里，所有的危险来源被托付到一个掩体保护，而控制位于危险区域之外(掩体资产)。钻机由SKA-1000加压橇控制。系统由电子PLC和LCD触摸屏终端控制。A software procedure guides the operator through test procedures in a step-by-step sequence. Operators can repeat or jump single tests according to their convenience. A test report can be printed out as a ticket directly by the LCD terminal. All test parameters can be inserted through the LCD touch screen terminal. The PLC can be connected to a Windows based PC for data recording and waveforms print out, and to perform a fast test bench configuration according to product database. Product recognizing with BAR-code or QR-code scanning is also available.This device is designed in a size of 6900(L)x3760(P)x2950(h)mm.The rig could be completed with several options and accessories.
