●设计速度:120/180/220m/min;●工作宽度:1400 mm - 2500 mm;●长笛外形:A、B、C、E、F、G、N(可选);●迪亚。瓦楞辊:Φ280(设计转速120m/min)、Φ320(设计转速180m/min)、Φ360(设计转速220m/min)，材质为48crmo合金钢，表面经加热、研磨、镀硬铬处理，硬度可达HRC55-58;●SF-EN单面波纹辊采用国内先进的内吸附技术，波纹辊设计成环形月牙形，节能降耗，吸波效果好，波纹型材好，强度高。纸板表面平整美观，无盖吸附或手指单面加工造成的环压痕。制造操作简单方便;●独立设计的粘贴部分可完全移出，附导轨，方便设备维修保养;●采用浸没式涂胶，电动涂胶宽度调节，手动调胶量; ●The functions of electrical glue content adjustment, digital gap-display and auto tracking gap-adjustment to the production line speed are optional; ●It can be optional matched with eletro motion adjusting the gluing content or automatically speed tracking and adjusting the glue content according to the production line speed; ●Spray unit is optional for raw paper humidity adjusting; ●The main drive adopts 15Kw/22Kw frequency-variable motor and PLC controller, keeping the same step as the speed of production line.
