SHL系列的生物质颗粒锅炉（也称为SHL BioMass Pellet锅炉）是具有链篦的双鼓水平锅炉，适用于燃烧木屑，生物质颗粒等的生物质燃料等。生物量颗粒锅炉的前炉是组成的水冷壁，其前后水冷壁组成水冷拱。对流管束布置在上鼓和下鼓之间。生物质锅炉储存器和空气预热器布置在生物质颗粒锅炉的后部。在生物质锅炉对流管束和蓄电子的加热表面上保留烟尘界面。SHL系列生物质颗粒颗粒锅炉通常用作生物质蒸汽锅炉，以产生额定蒸发容量为10-75吨/小时，额定压力为1.25-9.8MPa。SHL生物量锅炉也可用作生物质热水锅炉以产生热水。设计的热效率高达82％。在对流管中形成烟气冲洗方向，有效地克服灰分沉积;增加对流加热区域以确保足够的输出。 Heavy three-story furnace wallensures good insulation effect, effectively reduce the heat loss.
