POLYTHERM® Cryogenic Piping is a fiberglass jacketed, polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above and belowground distribution of liquids from -100ºF to -320ºF (-196ºC). PERMA-PIPE®’s POLYTHERM® pre-fabricated cryogenic piping systems provide a cost effective, maintenance free alternative to expensive vacuum insulated piping. With over 15 year’s of experience in the design and manufacture of highly efficient cryogenic piping systems, Perma-Pipe® is regarded as a premier supplier to the Industrial Gas and LNG Industries. PERMA-PIPE®’s standard cryogenic piping systems are available in a variety of pressure ranges with copper or stainless steel carrier pipes and in sizes 1” nominal up to 14”. Our proprietary spray applied void-free polyurethane foam insulation is constructed in multiple layers for optimum thermal performance and life. Fiberglass mating is used to separate the multiple layers of foam insulation providing a highly efficient vapor barrier and glass fiber blanket insulated contraction joints are designed into the system to maximize the system’s life. We complete each piping section by applying an integral filament wound fiberglass coating over the multi-layered polyurethane foam insulation which provides a high strength waterproof protective jacket
