CONDUX CS-Z Fine Cutting Mill is the ultimate device used in the size reduction of non-friable and soft products. The device is capable of providing fine cuts, thanks to their maximum level of cutting stroke combined with the use of special inserts. The cutting stroke is achieved through the combination of rotational speed of the rotor, number of rotor knives and number of stator knives. Thanks to the open rotor design of the cutting mill, there is an increased air flow, high throughput capacity, bulk density and excellent powder quality. The threat of overloading is non-existent, because the feeder unit is positioned in the middle. To ensure there is a continuous feeding of rolled product, these specially designed feeding systems can be mounted above the machine inlet.
