This high-speed mill system Zeta® upgraded with new peg grinding system which increased the quality, productivity and energy requirement. The machine is developed for circulation operation and multi-pass operation. It gives output rate by maintaining the quality of the material by grinding it into fine particle of same size to get semi-fluid product. It requires very low controlling expense to obtain maximum reproducibility. The large sized rotor with fixed pipe detachment allows to use the small grinding products of different items. Some materials need metal-free operation for that ceramic and polyurethane kind of grinding chambers are available. Nano mill Zeta® RS is advanced version of this system. It can grind tiniest of particle ranges from 50–300µm.
