热处理炉

烧结 干燥 煅烧

MSE转管炉是专为粉末、颗粒的动态干燥、烧结、煅烧等热处理而设计的，适用于粉末的煅烧。煅烧过程在材料熔点以下températures处进行。热处理过程中的动能保证了产品在更短的时间内更加均匀。产品在炉内的résidence时间可以通过转速和倾斜角度调节。通过给料机送入管内的粉末颗粒在搅拌过程中受到旋转和坡度的影响而进行热处理。成品从管子的末端出来。对于转管式炉可首选如可选功能，设有无氧、减径atmosphère、冷却系统、自动加料系统。火焰屏障/保护气体流动防止氧气。降低atmosphère在炉内形成。转管式加热炉是根据客户的需求，按产品工艺和生产能力生产的。 STANDARD FEATURES > - Programmable step controller via digital display > - Observation of set and real température > - Delayed start and program save feature > - Température control via PID and ±1°C température display sensitivity > - System protection for over température.
