The inline impeller-packer is a professional for special requirements. Use the advantages of Rotronik®, the weighing electronics which controls the entire filling process, monitors all filling modules and automatically performs weight corrections. The low space requirement of the Turbine-Inline-Packer enables greatest planning flexibility and poses low requirements for building structure. The impeller roto-packer is composed of a rotating packer silo featuring attached filling modules with horizontally arranged filling turbine, filling valve, filling spouts, bag seat attached to strain-gauge load cells and the weighing electronics. The impeller inline-packer is recommended for small and medium filling capacities which have also proven themselves in their special design for filling of difficult, extremely bridge-prone filling materials. Bags are sealed by ultrasound thus preventing contamination in transit.
