振动分级机SZR系列

过程

用途:SZR系列热矿振动筛主要用于冶金烧结过程中的筛分作业，或用于烧结机与冷却设备之间的物料分配。1.为减少物料对筛板的冲击，筛箱给料端给料滴不得大于500mm，其给料方向应与物料在筛上的方向一致。2.激振器与筛面之间应安装隔热装置(水套隔热器或隔热板)，以减少烧结矿热辐射对激振器的影响，保证激振器在允许温度下工作。3.由于物料温度为500~1000℃，而筛框仅允许300~500℃，因此筛、回料漏斗与梁壁之间应考虑采用排气或通风的冷却系统。4.漏斗、通风罩和隔热装置不宜固定在筛网上，筛网与振动器之间必须考虑缝隙不小于50mm。特点:1。Suitable for screening operation at high temperature, efficient screening. 2.Very solid and strength structure, low thermal deformation and long service life,Screening plates fabricated by precision casting.
