Jwell公司新开发的卧式双壁波纹管生产线是在吸收国内外先进技术的基础上，自主研发的第二代卧式压力水冷却生产线。有多种类型的挤出料可供选择，可以实现各种HOPE、PP管材的生产，也可以满足单壁波纹管的生产需求。上浆套采用铝合金材质，表面耐磨。通过专门的软件程序可以计算出管柱的波形，并可以得到在相同重量下的环刚度。成形机滑动底座采用齿轮传动，装有大尺寸滚针轴承，提高了滑动底座的承载能力。运行更稳定，寿命更长。生产线中心高度是固定的，更换型号时无需再次调整。快速卸载模块设计，使模块装卸方便快捷。独特的内部模块冷却设计，使冷却水快速流动。内部模块实现管道的快速冷却成型。the main drive is driven by a two-speed motor, which can realize stable and accurate operation. In addition to single screw extrude, tapered twin screw extrude and parallel twin screw extrude can be used in this production line.
