Description

SINCRO COPSY PREMIUM: A MILESTONE IN THE PROCESS OF COPS WINDING. A new concept of compact and efficient double side machine. electronic yarn guided precision crossing technology high winding speed up to 2.000 m/min independent winding spindles (1 inverter each spindle) electronic on-line automatic tension control high precision digital meter counter automatic lowering of each individual spindle The new SINCRO COPSY PREMIUM ergonomics has, in fact, solved one of the main problems related to this process: the loading and unloading of the cops or of big sizes flanged bobbins. Given their height, weight and the delicate type of yarn wound on it, their unloading, especially when full, always required a certain expertise and strength of the operator. With a new revolutionary solution, Fadis has eliminated this problem by allowing the lowering of each individual spindle to load and unload the cops and flanged bobbins in a easy way. Such movement can be done either automatically, thanks to the presence of a piston, or manually. Complete with on-line automatic tension control, it has been designed for winding speeds up to 2.000 m/min (mechanical speed up to 2.500 m/min); it offers the advantages of versatility, choice and possibility of modification of all the parameters necessary to wind yarn onto cops or flanged bobbins. Thanks to the company’s experience since 1960 and to the constant use of the most advanced technologies and innovative solutions, the SINCRO COPSY PREMIUM machine offers the topmost flexibility aimed at future developments and market requirements.
