Each access point has been fully assessed by our engineers as suitable for hazardous area use in the iWAP202, and the team can assess additional POE access points as required. *NEW* The iWAP202 now offers the Cisco Aironet 3802e access point as a standard option, giving you the latest 802.11ac Wave 2 technology. Intrinsically safe RF outputs Using the iSOLATE501, the RF outputs of the iWAP202 are made intrinsically safe. That means that instead of certified antennas, you can use simple apparatus antennas like the Extronics iANT2xx range – a more cost-effective solution with a wider choice for better performance.
