The VR840-8 is a positive displacement liquid filler, operating on a 4” pump stroke, with a maximum pump size of 600ml. Accuracies of +\- 0.5% of fill volume can be achieved by proper sizing of the pistons and fill nozzles. CONTROLS The PLC controls intermittent container handling through the timing feedscrew. This feedscrew can be set to multidose, which provides maximum production for large fills or when running foamy products.
