Description
The FSG-618M and FSG-2A618 is a high precision surface and form grinder. The machine features a tool cabinet used for the convenience of the operators. The electrical cabinet door and power supply interlock provides safe operation. For more clearance for grinding, the table surface has an 18" distance to the spindle centerline. Due to abnormal operations, the spring loaded table travel stops will dampen the over travel. The double V crossfeed guideways are designed on the bending movement and kinematics. The castings are mode of meehanite cast iron. To eliminate the internal stress, annelaing is used. The machine is specifically designed to be stiff and stable. The grinder provides a one year limited warranty for its mechanical and electrical parts.
